We are continuing weekly confirmation classes on Friday evenings at 7 PM. We began by studying the names for God. The second class was “God the Creator of Everything”. The third class was called “Sin”. The fourth class was the “Ten Commandments and the Law”. Our next class is “Jesus, Grace and the Gospel”.
Friday October 22, 7 PM to 8:30 PM
This week we begin to study what it means to be a baptized child of God in preparation for affirming our faith. Our intention is to instruct, to ask questions and to explore our faith. This week we begin by exploring as many names for God that we can think of and why they are used to describe our God.
This is a reminder Vacation Bible School is August 9th-14th. If you can help with snacks or crafts talk to Donna Strate…and talk to interested families.
